Shipping
- Where we ship: within Canada only.
- Cost: $10 CAD flat rate per order, whatever the size. Orders of $100 CAD or more before discounts and shipping ship free.
- Processing time: orders are hand-packed and leave us within 2–4 business days. During release week, it may take a little longer; we'll email you if there's a delay.
- Delivery: we ship with a Canadian courier. How long delivery takes depends on where you are in Canada and on the courier.
- Address problems: please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, and the shipping cost will need to be paid again.
- Late or missing orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@themidnightchapter.ca with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.
